EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Diploma in Business Management/Administration with minimum 2 years of work experience.

Essential duties of this position include:
Receive incoming instruments - Inspect received instruments from customers. Record damages (if any).
Sorting of instruments into appropriate locations with tags
Prepares/Assist to prepare cost estimates for lab and on-site calibrations
Create Quotations and Purchase Orders. And follow-up
Invoicing and assists with collection efforts as needed
Manage instruments received for lab work
Required to communicate order information with Calibration Lab Technicians, customers, and others regarding order information.
Responds to customer inquiries
Provide excellent customer service on behalf of the Company
Complete routine tasks and responsibilities
Inputs received equipment into the database in preparation for calibration.
Fulfil orders and ensure orders are completed in required timeframe
Ensures that instruments sent by customers are calibrated and returned in accordance with terms of the customer.
Perform shipping/receiving duties for all instruments sent into the lab for calibration, and returning calibrated equipment to customers.
Other Administrative Functions such as lab housekeeping, filing management, data entry, inspection, to support the overall productivity goals, and performs other duties as assigned.
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, the role in this position will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with B2B clients.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2 years' sales experience
Sales experience in industries such as pharmaceutical, engineering, data centres, marine and construction
Demonstrable track record in achieving sales target
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly motivated and result-driven
Essential duties of this position include:
Outdoor sales for instruments calibration services such as calibration of pressure gauges, airflow, electrical, temperature meters etc
Scope of job includes sourcing for new clients, manage customers’ database, presentation of services to clients, prepare, submit and follow-up on quotations, after sales support and sites visits
Identify areas of growth for the calibration services. Execute sales strategies to grow the business
Create business from new and existing clients accounts
Required to strategise on daily and weekly sales. Keep PowerQ’s management updated
Meet and/or exceed sales targets
Manage negotiations with clients
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with existing and new clients
Support clients throughout the sales and service process
Team work with lab’s administrator, calibration officers, QA manager and marketing dept
Work independently and take initiatives such as to complete tasks, improve work process, approach clients etc
